We hope this checklist will help you organise your study period before departure. If you have any additional queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
An orientation session will be held after you arrive (on the set arrival dates).

Before leaving for Rome you should:
Send the Luiss application form on time, we must receive it by 31 May, at the latest.
Visit our web site where you will find our ECTS course catalogues in English and more information about Luiss. For course descriptions in Italian search cattedre on-line.
If you have applied for accommodation through Luiss,
make sure you send
theconfirmation
form and deposit to
CTS by the
deadlines. Copy of the
form must be sent to the landlord /landlady.

Make sure you receive from the landlord/landlady all the details concerning accommodation: address and tel. n°, contact person, where and when you can pick up the keys.
If you have registered for the intensive Italian course to be held in September, make sure you send us the test by July 1°, 2005.
Make your travelling arrangements on the basis of the following arrival dates, they are mandatory.

Moreover, you should bring with you:
- Your personal identification documents.
- 2 photocopies of your passport or I.D. card.
- 2 passport-size photographs.
- Your E111 ore E128 form (if you come from an EU country).
- An insurance policy covering medical care and third party liability.
- A sufficient amount currency or traveller’s cheques to cover immediate expenses.
- A photocopy of your Proposed Programme of Study (Learning Agreement) sent to Luiss.
- Your acceptance letter.
Finally, on the set arrival date you should:
- Go to the International Relations Office at 10.00 or 11.30 a.m., or at 2.30 p.m..
- You will receive a package with further information. The orientation sessions will be held on the arrival dates.
