We are pleased to annouce the following Plenary Sessions.

  • Vernon Smith will be giving a Plenary Lecture entitled What are the Questions?
  • Reinhard Selten will be giving a Plenary Lecture entitled Stationary Concepts for 2 by 2 Games.
  • There will be an Up and Coming Bright Young Thing Session given by Leeat Yariv.
  • There will be a Cambridge Union type Debate, chaired by Reinhard Selten, on the motion This House Thinks that Neuro Economics is Not. Dominique Demougin, Glenn Harrison and Julian Jamison are speaking for the motion and Rosemarie Nagel, Ernst Fehr and Aldo Rustichini against the motion.
  • There will be a Question Time session with questions from the audience directed to a panel consisting of Yan Chen, Ann Gillette, John Kagel, Charlie Plott, Jan Potters and Bettina Rockenbach. John Hey is the chair. This will provide participants a chance to debate key issues in experimental economics.
