Notes:

- Tutorials having less than 20 participants, may be cancelled. In which case the amount paied will be refunded.

**If you have to cancel your registration (conference, tutorials and social dinner) please note the following terms:**

substitutions (in terms of delegates or different provided services) can be accepted at any time;
for cancellations made up to September 20, 1999: 10% of the amount paid will be due;
the total amount is due from September 21, 1999.

All cancellations or substitutions must be notified in writing.
