The Fourth ETHICOMP International Conference on the Social and Ethical Impacts of Information and Communication Technologies

In order to fulfill the registration the following form must be completed in all its parts.

The registration is formed by three steps:

• Insertion of Personal Data
• Choice of Category of Payment, Tutorial and Hotels
• Insertion of Fiscal Data for Invoice

Every step must be completed in all its parts.

Regarding fiscal data, please compile fields with those of the addressee of invoice, whether he is a physical person, or it is a company. Therefore the participant to the congress and the one who will pay expenses could be different subjects, but the invoice will be registered to the payer.

Once supplied the data please print the fax-form and complete it with the method of payment. Then send the fax to (+39) 0639735195 / 0639889449.

If you want to pay at the Conference registration desk (in any form, i.e. cash or credit card or cheque), you must write it on the fax to be sent also in this case. 

The registration to Ethicomp99 will be effective only for delegates having sent the fax filled in all its parts, duly signed and with enclosed copy of the receipt of payment.

Once completed the on-line registration, you will receive an e-mail with the inserted data and 2 links for being able to view again the fax or in order to cancel your registration.
