LUISS benefits of one Erasmus Teaching grant for A.Y. 2011/2012, to be allocated to a researcher, Associate professor, Full professor, professor (professore a contratto) who is currently working at LUISS.
Grants are exclusively assigned for a period of teaching abroad within a mobility within LUISS Erasmus  Partner Institutions for teaching assignment.
Eligible professors are EU citizens or citizens of other countries participating to the Erasmus Programme or non EU citizens regularly employed at a higher education institution in Italy.
The grant can be maximum € 900 per mobility. The expenses will though be reimbursed on the basis of a fixed-rate chart, depending on the admissible length of stay (number of days).
The period abroad must be done within June 1st 2011 and September 30th 2012. The mobility has to be within a minimum of 5 consecutive working days excluded journey days (maximum 3 days) and to cover a minimum of 5 hours of teaching.  It cannot be longer than 6 weeks (42 days).
Before departing the Professor (categories indicated above) will prepare a Teaching Programme indicating objectives, added the value of the mobility, the teaching content and expected outcomes, to be presented and signed both by the home and the host institution, in order to be eligible for the Programme. They will also sign an Agreement with home Institution.
During the mobility should complete the Certificate stating the duration and scope of the mobility.
At the end of the mobility the professor will present, by 15 days from return, a brief report on the goals achieved. Moreover, he/she will bring all original proof of expenses/receipts and original boarding passes , in order to receive the reimbursement. Please kindly note that the reimbursement will not be possible without original materials.
