Tommaso Ramus is Assistant Professor at Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. He adopts a qualitative approach to study the challenges and opportunities faced by hybrid organizations, that is, organizations that recombine seemingly incompatible objectives, values and identities. His work has been published in journals such as The Academy of Management Journal, Business Ethics Quarterly and the Journal of Business Ethics. On the 29th of May he will meet Luiss PhD students to talk about challenges and opportunities to publish research on hybrid organizations, social innovations, and social enterprises on top tier journals.
