Students will achieve a basic knowledge and understanding of the main legal issues concerning privacy protection in the digital market with specific emphasis on those affecting, including European regulation, consumer protection and civil liability.

Frontal teaching, seminars, interactive discussion, case studies. Professionals from institutions, corporations and international law firms will participate to the course giving seminars on specific topics.
