Born in Rome in 1960, he graduated in Law from La Sapienza University. He began his professional career in 1983 at Consob, holding various positions, including that of head of the Regulatory Office. From 1989 he has carried out academic activities, courses and seminars at Italian universities, such as the Bocconi University and the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan. He has published essays on corporate law and the securities market. He held the position of Deputy General Director of Assonime, Secretary of the Board of Directors and General Counsel of Telecom Italia S.p.A., General Counsel & Director of General and Institutional Affairs of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. From 2014 to date: Vice President at Armònia SGR S.p.A.. From 2018 to date: member of the BoD at Reply S.p.A.
