Giovanni Piccirilli is Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at LUISS. He is als Deputy director of the Center for Parliamentary Studies and Coordinator of the Executive Programme in Legislative drafting in the LUISS School of Law. He holds a PhD in Law, Methods and techniques of Lawmaking and Assessment from the Faculty of Law, University of Genoa. In 2016 he has been awarded as Module Leader a Jean Monnet Module on “Legislative drafting in implementing EU law in Italy” by the EACEA. He authored academic publications on constitutional law, parliamentary practice, relationship between Italian Constitutional Law and the EU.
