Angelo Jr Golia is Assistant Professor (TT) of Constitutional Law at LUISS Law School. He holds a PhD in Internationalisation of legal systems and fundamental rights (Naples II University, 2017). He was judicial trainee at the Italian Constitutional Court with Judge Silvana Sciarra (2017-2018) and Senior Research Fellow (Referent) at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, Germany (2018-2022). He authored academic publications on constitutional and comparative law, legal theory, relationship between social theory and public law.
