Sara Lombardi is Senior Assistant Professor of Organization Studies at the University of Florence. In 2016 she got a Ph.D. in Management from LUISS “Guido Carli” where she is currently Adjunct Professor. Her research focuses on innovative work behavior and the cognitive factors underlying individual’s creativity. She has been a visiting student at the Copenhagen Business School and has presented her works, among others, at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), King’s Business School, and at Tillburg University. She is member of the Academy of Management (AOM), the European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS) and the European Academy of Management (EURAM). Since May 2023 she is a member of the Board of Directors of Banca Cambiano 1884 Spa.
