The programme was created to strengthen dialogue with key international partners in the world of education and to provide an opportunity for direct discussion about the guidance, admissions, and support pathways for international students.

The Counselor Fly-in offers far more than a traditional campus visit – it provides privileged access to the world of Luiss. Hosted in Rome, the programme brings together a select group of guidance professionals from partner schools and organisations in various countries, fostering dialogue, the exchange of perspectives, and the development of an international network of education professionals.

Logistics and transport
Arrivals
Arrivals are expected during the afternoon of Monday, 14 September. Luiss will cover the cost of travel (by air or rail) to Rome.
You can specify your preferences for times and routes directly to our partner travel agency, which will handle the booking. All guests are invited to gather at the Luiss campus at 6:00 p.m. on 14 September for the start of the programme.
Transport
The Luiss campus is located in the heart of Rome, in the Parioli district: a residential area that is very well connected and just a short distance from the historic centre. Guests can easily reach the University's campuses by various means:
- Public transport: The Luiss campus is well connected by the metro and Rome's public transport system. Rome also supports contactless payment on public transport, making it easy to get around the city using tap-to-pay systems.
- Taxis are easy to find throughout Rome at the designated taxi ranks. Digital ride-hailing services, such as Free Now and ITtaxi, are also widely used. Uber operates in the city, although availability may be more limited than in other international markets.
Accommodation and meals
Luiss will cover the cost of accommodation for the entire duration of the programme (from 14 to 16 September) at a hotel located near the campus. Breakfast is included with the accommodation.
The meals included in the programme are as follows:

- 16 September: coffee break and lunch
