Release for the use of the image (Article 10 of the Italian Civil Code and Italian Law 633/1941)

I, the undersigned, as identified above, authorize Luiss Guido Carli, with its registered office in Rome, Viale Pola 12 – 00198, to use, free of charge, the photographs, video, and audio recordings of my person—including in partial and/or adapted form—taken at the event in question, for Luiss’s dissemination and communication activities. 

You also grant a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license, transferable to third parties, for the use of the aforementioned photographs and audio and video recordings, including the rights set forth in Articles 12 et seq. of Italian Law No. 633/1941, including, but not limited to: the right of reproduction in any manner or form; the right of publication; the right to transcribe, edit, adapt, process, and reduce; the right to communicate and distribute to the public, including the rights to project, transmit, and disseminate, even in summary and/or reduced versions, by any technical means; the right to retain a copy, including in electronic form and on any technological medium known now or invented in the future, for the purposes and within the limits defined above. To this end, you waive any financial claims related to the use of the image.

The images may be published on websites or social media pages associated with Luiss Guido Carli, as well as on websites or news outlets, both digital and non-digital, related to the event.

Luiss may also share the photographic, audio, and video material created during the event with project partners, without any commercial or profit-making intent.

In any event, any use that could damage the honor, reputation, or dignity of the person portrayed, filmed, or recorded is prohibited.
