The REORDERS – Religions and Socio-Political Orders Laboratory studies the interplay between religions, political models, and forms of democratic order in the contemporary world.

The Laboratory’s activities focus on analyzing global culture wars, the dynamics between democratic and illiberal religious actors, and the interplay of religion, gender, rights, and political institutions in Europe and the transnational context.

REORDERS takes an interdisciplinary approach, combining political sociology, religious studies, analysis of public discourse, and both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

The Laboratory fosters competitive research, policy engagement, and public scholarship, contributing to both academic and public discourse.
