With a degree in communication sciences, she is Vice President of AFV Beltrame Group and head of its communications and marketing function. Since May 2025 she has been President of Confindustria Vicenza and a member of Confindustria's General Council.

She sits on the boards of directors of Luiss University, Fondazione CUOA and Fondazione Studi Universitari di Vicenza. She was previously Vice President of Confindustria at national level, with responsibility for internationalisation, and Honorary President of BusinessMed.

With solid experience in the fields of strategic communication and international relations, she actively champions sustainable innovation and the competitiveness of Italian businesses in global markets.
