Carlo Fei
Carlo Fei is an international consultant in Brand Strategy and Experiential Marketing, with solid managerial experience gained at multinational corporations such as Quaker Chiari & Forti (now PepsiCo), Ferruzzi Group, and The Walt Disney Company, where he held senior roles in Marketing and Business Unit leadership.
Carlo Fei is also Professor of Practice at Luiss University and Luiss Business School, where he teaches courses on Fashion, Luxury, and Made in Italy Industries. A member of the Faculty Board at LBS, he directs Master’s programs and international initiatives held in Rome, Milan, Amsterdam, and Dubai, including the Winter School during EXPO 2022 and the International Week on Made in Italy in 2025 in Dubai. He also teaches a course on Luxury Brand Management at the Fudan School of Management in Shanghai.
Since 1995, he has supported leading Made in Italy companies across luxury, fashion, furniture, automotive, food, retail, and department stores, developing projects on strategic positioning, customer experience, and innovation. From 2011 to 2014, he served as Vice President at Firmenich (the global B2B leader in fragrances and flavors) working with many international leading companies including Nestlé, Starbucks, and General Mills.
He is currently Senior Partner at ICM Advisors and Managing Partner at Hands-On Partners where he leads B2B and B2C projects for global brands and institutions in Luxury, Fashion, Hospitality, Retail, Furniture, and Financial Services across Europe, the USA, and Asia. He worked in the USA, France, Switzerland, and Italy and he is a speaker at global events and conferences on brand strategy, marketing, customer experience, Made in Italy. He also serves as Industry Advisor at Tier One, supporting the team on M&A transactions as an expert in specific industrial sectors.
Carlo has also been the speaker invited in Sochi 2014, during the Olympic Games, by the International Olympic Committee to address the topic of Branding in Sport and is o]icial speaker at YPO (Young President Organisation: the largest global leadership community). Over the years, he has collaborated with numerous brands such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Valentino, Bottega Veneta, Fendi, Zegna, Loro Piana, Lanvin, COIN, OVS, Alfa Romeo, Mazda, Slow Food, ArcLinea, WeDo Holding, MAGIS, CREDEM Euromobiliare Private Banking, Banca Mediolanum as well as institutions including CNMI (Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana), Federlegno Arredo, and the American Chamber of Commerce.
