Prof. Enzo Peruffo is Full Professor of Business Strategy and Dean of the Luiss Graduate School. He is Director of the “Franco Fontana” Strategic Change Research Center and of the Teaching & Learning Hub at Luiss Guido Carli. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Scientific Director of Luiss Executive Management Education, as well as Associate Dean for Education & Partnerships at the Luiss Business School.

He has developed international academic experience at IE Business School, INSEAD, and Texas Christian University. He is the author of numerous publications in leading national and international journals, for which he has received several awards and recognitions, focusing on corporate strategy, governance, divestitures, family business, and innovation.

He brings over twenty years of professional consulting experience across several areas, including the development of strategic plans and business plans, support for governance and stakeholder engagement activities, digital transformation and digital turnaround processes, business valuation and appraisal activities, as well as due diligence operations in the context of M&A transactions.

In recent years, among other areas, he has developed particular expertise in AI and GenAI, corporate crisis prevention and management, and the effective governance of family businesses.
