Born in Padova 15-12-1961, I grew up in Rome since the age of 6. I studied in Rome and graduated at Luiss University in 1984. Then I became associate Professor of Business Administration at Luiss in 1992 and full Professor in 2000. I am Professional Accountant since 1988 and Professional Auditor since 1995. I have a long professional experience in firm restructuring, business valuation and forensic accounting. I falso served as chair and member of many board of directors of big corporate.
