Luca Giustiniano (PhD) is Professor of Organization Studies at Luiss University. At Luiss he has been the Deputy Rector for Organization and Faculty, the Director of CLIO and Global Management and Politics (MSc). During his career he has held various visiting positions at research institutions, such as the University of British Columbia (Canada), the ICOA (Denmark), the Nova SBE (Portugal), the University of Innsbruck (Austria), the WIAS (Japan). His research interests are focused on organizational paradox, resilience, and design. His papers have appeared in the Journal of Management, Management and Organization Review, British Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Computers in Human Behavior, Management Learning, and European Management Review.
