Maria Isabella Leone is an Associate Professor of Business Administration and Innovation Management at Luiss and Luiss Business School, where she is appointed as the Director of the MBA Business Unit, as the Scientific Coordinator of the Corporate MBA for Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, and as the Co-Director of the Executive Master in Open Innovation and Intellectual Property. She is the Luiss Unit Leader of the National Research Project Under40 (PRIN) on “Open Social Innovation for a Next Generation of Public Governance”. She collaborates with leading Italian companies on applied research projects and provides executive training for managers. Her research focuses on strategic management, intellectual property, and open innovation, topics on which she has published in top-tier international journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, R&D Management Journal, and Industrial and Corporate Change.
