Instructional goals

Acquire advanced knowledge of ordinary and special arbitration proceedings in the context of advanced studies in both civil law and civil procedure. Complete the learning of judicial techniques in the broader context of the system of rights protection.

Intended learning outcomes

Complete knowledge of the provisions of Book IV of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure and certain special sources. Adequate command of the relevant vocabulary and most frequently used sector-specific concepts.

Lectures, case studies and questions, simulations of real-life situations, specialist in-depth analysis.

Lectures, including participatory lectures, presentations of leading cases, writing exercises, and guest speakers.

Assessment Method
