Instructional goals
The course will focus, in the first part, on the study of administrative justice and, in the second part, on the theme of administrative responsibility, with a reference to accounting justice.
Prerequisites
Acquired general knowledge of administrative law by attending and/or passing an examination in Administrative Law 1.
Intended learning outcomes
Knowledge and understanding: The course focuses on the study of the rules of administrative justice in the various stages and forms of administrative court jurisdiction. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding: Students will be able to apply the knowledge acquired during the course to concrete cases, identifying the key elements of the administrative process. Autonomy of judgement: Students will have developed the ability to assess and judge current issues in administrative justice, as well as the methodological tools necessary for the collection, interpretation and application of regulatory sources, including European law and case law. Communication skills: The student will acquire terminological precision and an appropriate capacity for language, which is fundamental for understanding and solving practical cases. Learning ability: The student will gain comprehensive basic knowledge of the relevant discipline, jurisprudential orientations and lines of evolution, enabling them to update their knowledge continuously and independently. Acquisition of these knowledge and skills will be assessed during the examination and throughout the course by simulating concrete cases and participating in teaching workshops.

Assessment Method
The examination consists of a written examination, a workshop during the lectures and an oral examination. Class attendance with active participation contributes to the overall assessment. The written examination will be based on the performance of an essay. The assessment criteria are based on knowledge of the subject matter, the rules and relevant case law. Language property and the critical ability to read the system as a whole will also be tested. The grade will only be awarded at the end of the final oral examination, which will be held at the end of the course according to the above-mentioned methods and assessment criteria.
