Three days dedicated to connecting students, recent graduates, and leading professionals from the banking and financial sector. The programme combines in-depth insights, career guidance, and networking opportunities to provide direct exposure to top industry players, develop an understanding of key market-required skills, and prepare participants for a career in investment banking, advisory, and corporate banking.

A full day of webinars and virtual sessions featuring leading international investment banks, financial advisory firms, investment banking institutions, and corporate banking organisations.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Explore the key trends reshaping the global financial industry
• Learn about internship programmes, graduate schemes, and entry-level opportunities across leading organisations
• Gain insight into different career paths in investment banking, M&A advisory, and corporate banking
• Receive practical advice on applications, interviews, and selection processes

Alumni Meets for Banking & Finance

An informal networking session with Luiss alumni who have built their careers in investment banking, financial advisory, and corporate banking.

Through open conversations and direct interaction, students will be able to:

Banking & Finance Day – Career Fair

11:00 – 17:00 | On Campus | Room 200 (Chiesa)

The final day is dedicated to direct engagement between students and employers. At company booths, participants will meet HR teams and industry professionals, receive career guidance, and explore professional opportunities.

During the Career Fair, participants will be able to:

• Meet recruiters, bankers, and professionals from leading global investment banks and M&A advisory firms
• Discover internship opportunities, graduate programmes, and open positions
• Receive personalised feedback on their profiles and practical guidance on how to apply
• Learn about the technical and soft skills most in demand in the industry
