Grégoire Rigoulot-Michel, a recent Luiss graduate of French origin, attended the second year of the Master's Degree in International Relations after starting his studies at MGIMO University in Moscow: “During my exchange semester in Russia, I met several Luiss students and learned about the Double Degree. Since I love Italy and know a bit of Italian, I immediately thought the program was tailor-made for me.”

Grégoire was impressed by the “Luiss community, a family that quickly forms and provides a lot of support. Without the people I met in Moscow and Rome, it would have been much more difficult.”

According to Grégoire, one of Luiss's strengths is the wealth of academic and non-academic opportunities the university offers: “There are many services and events that help students connect with the world of work.” Through these initiatives, the recent graduate secured an internship at a startup in the energy sector that has since grown into an international company.

He advises students at Luiss to keep all doors open and seize every possible academic and professional opportunity. “Every experience can prove important and interesting, whether to round out your professional profile or to fully understand what you like doing and what you don't.”

Having just graduated with top honors, Grégoire confides, “Now I want to take a breather and focus on the work I'm doing.” One of the recent graduate's long-term plans is to continue his studies with a PhD in public health at Luiss.
