Luiss and Hewlett Packard Enterprise join forces for digital innovation: a memorandum of understanding has been signed

Advanced training in digital technologies, applied research, and co-innovation among academics, students, and experts are at the heart of the new agreement between Luiss Guido Carli and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), signed yesterday with the aim of strengthening collaboration between academia and industry in the field of digital technologies.

The memorandum of understanding outlines the joint development of training programs for advanced digital skills, high-impact applied research, co-innovation projects involving students, faculty, and professionals, as well as guidance and placement initiatives to help students transition into the workforce.

Rector Paolo Boccardelli, Director General Rita Carisano, and Vice-Rector for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Skills Giuseppe Italiano were present at the signing of the agreement. Representing Hewlett Packard Enterprise were Claudio Bassoli, President and CEO, and Enrico Martines, Director of Development and Social Innovation.

This new partnership aligns with the University’s strategic plan to solidify its position as a leading center for digital transformation by integrating research, teaching, and collaboration with businesses.
