Luiss and the Research Center for International and Strategic Studies take centre stage in the “Franco-Italian Young Talents” programme
Luiss and the Research Center for International and Strategic Studies (CISS) will be at the forefront of the “Young Italian-French Talents” programme, supported by the Foreign Ministries of Italy and France. The aim is to nurture a new generation of European leaders who will play a key role in developing relations between the two countries.
As the Rector, Paolo Boccardelli, pointed out: “Our University has been committed for years to strengthening bilateral relations between Italy and France, as evidenced by the initiative on 'Franco-Italian Dialogues for Europe' launched by Professor Paola Severino in collaboration with Sciences Po. Strengthening European cooperation, especially today, calls for a diplomatic effort by all the founding countries of the Union. This effort should focus on the younger generation to deliver shared projects and strengthen the bonds between institutions, academia, and businesses. I am confident that this further collaboration will make significant contributions to all the major challenges of our time.”
