Luiss Blue Team takes the podium at the Rotman International Trading Competition

The university team took third place at the 17th edition of the international university competition

The Luiss Blue Team, led by Professor Emilio Barone and made up of students Dario Cavallone (team leader), Luca CiamprielloNiccolò FabbriLeonardo MartinelliElena Perugini, and Simone Romano, secured 3rd place at the Rotman International Trading Competition.

The competition took place in Toronto from February 20 to 22, featuring 47 teams from four continents: North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
 The top two spots in the standings went to a team from the United States, Baruch College – The City University of New York , and a team from Canada, the University of Calgary.
 The Luiss Blue Team outperformed teams from universities such as the Massachusetts Institute of TechnologyStanford Universitythe University of California at Berkeleythe University of California at Los Angeles , and the other 7 European universities that took part in the competition.

With this year's 3rd place, the Luiss Blue Team's medal collection has grown even more: a total of 2 golds, 2 silvers, and 2 bronzes over the past 11 years that the university has participated in the competition.
