During the Easter holidays, Luiss is organizing a series of online activities to enjoy these days together. The activities, divided into fifteen modules focusing on sustainability, healthy habits, and creativity, will take place on April 9, 10, 13, and 14
The online modules are delivered in “virtual classrooms” and in synchronous mode to ensure interaction, even remotely. 
The initiative, designed for the entire university community, aims to encourage and provide opportunities for sharing and reflecting on the current situation and the opportunities it may bring.

Thursday, April 9

11:00 AM – 11:30 AM Nutrition and healthy eating Now more than ever, it's important to know the foods and habits that help you feel good and to make the best use of them. Presented by Dr. La Farina
11:45 AM – 12:30 PM The home garden: How to create a real home garden to add flavor to your dishes and enjoy a small green space in your home. Presented by LabGove
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM Workshop on chocolate, eggs, and other treats An interactive lab to showcase chocolate and create eggs and other delicacies. Presented by Angela De Luca, Accademia Maestri Cioccolatieri
3:30–5:00 PM Get-together: Talk with tutors A meeting between tutors and students to tackle this emergency together. Led by Michele Gradoli, Didattica
5:00 PM - 5:45 PM Mindfulness – first session A practice to connect with your inner self and discover helpful insights for living with awareness and positivity. Led by Francesca De Luca

10:15 AM – 11:00 AM  Luiss ti ascolta – a discussion with psychologists An interactive moment for exchange and discussion led by Luiss psychologists. The meeting is open to a maximum of 30 participants. Presented by the Luiss Ti Ascolta service
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM Tiny English Habits (in English) Improve your English with simple activities that take just a few minutes a day, starting with the latest idioms. Presented by Enda Flannelly

11:00 AM – 11:30 AM Self-Production Workshop: How to turn waste materials into useful objects, along with other practices for sustainability and everyday survival. Presented by LabGov
2:30 PM - 3:15 PM Cooking with flavor and health: Simple, traditional, and healthy recipes made together with the chef
5:00 PM - 5:45 PM Mindfulness A practice to connect with your inner self and discover helpful insights for living with awareness and positivity. Presented by Francesca De Luca
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM Startup Stories: From Crisis to Opportunity New opportunities emerge during times of crisis: stories of startuppers who, through creativity, turned challenges into opportunities. Presented by Luiss EnLabs

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM Books at home: reading recommendations An interactive session where a bookseller recommends books and stories tailored to individual interests. Curated by Pietro Linzalone
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM  Capture your day during the coronavirus. Share your most meaningful moments by posting photos with the hashtag #luisscattadacasa. The photos will be the focus of the meeting. Curated by Roberto Cotroneo
3:00 PM – 4:30 PM Mask-making and creative workshop: Homemade masks using everyday recycled fabrics, with the girls from Casa della Mamma Onlus. Organized by Casa della Mamma Onlus
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Never give up! Story of a boy who cannot get back home A moment of sharing with a UNHCR delegate, a teacher, and a refugee student, exploring the lives of those who cannot return home (in English)
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM Ynnà – What is diversity and how have we learned to love it? Diversity, sports, and resilience: how to break through boundaries and clichés with advice from an internationally renowned trainer and a coach. Presented by Marco Crespi and Francesco Tomba
