Ph.D. in Cognitive Science, with a dissertation titled “An insight into cognitive aspects of fairness and social capital”, settled at Harvard University. Currently, I work at University of Tuscia and I collaborate with the National School for Public Administration and with Ethos, LUISS BS, for behavioural research and related educational projects. I teach Business Organization and Behavioural Economics at the Department of Business and Management of LUISS Guido Carli and I at the Department of Psychology of the Sigmund Freud University in Vienna. My current research interests are a) behavioural aspects in organisations; (b) performance appraisals; (c) human resource management. I am also working in refining a laboratory format for eliciting participation and improving learning.
