Accommodation for Erasmus, Exchange, and Double-Degree Students

Luiss Guido Carli, through its Accommodation Office, supports international students in finding accommodation while they are taking part in the following programmes:

• Erasmus / Bilateral Exchange
• Double Degree

Students can choose from:

1. Luiss Residences and Partner Residences
   Luiss Residences (managed directly by the University)
   Partnered halls of residence (managed by a private institution in partnership with the University)
    
2. Private rooms and flats
   Selected through online property platforms and local estate agencies that have agreements with the University
    

Booking procedure

Accommodation places are allocated through an automated online procedure.
The system:

• accepts requests in chronological order;
• allocates places based on availability at the time of booking;
• It closes automatically once all available places have been taken.

The days and times for online bookings will be published on this page.

Who is eligible to apply?

The following are eligible to apply for accommodation:

• International students taking part in the Erasmus/Bilateral Exchange programmes for the 2026/2027 academic year
• International students taking part in Double Degree programmes for the academic year 2026/2027

How to access the online procedure

To take part in the booking process, you must:

1. Register in advance using the link that will be published below.
2. Access the online booking platform on the specified day and at the indicated time.
3. Go to the box labelled “ERASMUS, Bilateral Exchange and Double Degree programmes – ANNUAL accommodation booking requests” or the box labelled “ERASMUS, Bilateral Exchange and Double Degree programmes – SEMESTRAL accommodation booking requests”.
4. Select the property and the type of accommodation from those currently available.

Full academic year 2026/2027 (10 months) – from 01/09/2026 to 26/06/2027

Tuesday, 20 OCTOBER 2026, at 15:00 local time

Tax code

If a student does not yet have an official tax code, they can use the code automatically generated by the Web Self-Service portal (this has no legal standing but is valid for pre-registration).

To retrieve it:

1. Log in to the Web Self-Service;
2. Go to the Menu;
3. Go to the Home page;
4. Go to the Personal Information area.

The generated tax code will be visible in that section.

Luiss Guido Carli has entered into agreements with online platforms and estate agents to make it easier to find private accommodation.
You can check the availability of private rooms and flats at any time and book them directly through the channels listed below, simply by specifying your intended stay dates.

Assignment period

The accommodation can only be booked for the entire period specified for:

• 1st semester 2026/2027 (5 months) – from 01/09/2026 to 30/01/2027
• Second semester 2026/2027 (5 months) – from 01/02/2027 to 26/06/2027
• Full academic year 2026/2027 (10 months) – from 01/09/2026 to 26/06/2027

It is not possible to book periods that are shorter than the ones specified.

Booking confirmation

Students who complete their booking online:

• will receive an email within a few days with instructions for confirmation;
• They must follow the instructions they have received to make the allocation effective.

Failure to confirm within the specified timeframe will result in the loss of the reserved place.
