Take part in Model FAO – Dubai Edition, a dynamic and immersive learning experience designed for secondary school students in their penultimate or final year. Held for the first time at the Luiss Hub in Dubai, the simulation offers a unique opportunity to explore the world of multilateral diplomacy and international cooperation, delving into how the United Nations—and specifically the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)—operate.

The Model FAO Program – Dubai Edition
Participants will represent various member countries in a simulation of the FAO Council, discussing major global challenges related to food security, sustainability, and international development.
The program includes an introductory online session on October 20, followed by in-person meetings from October 27 to 30, daily from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Over the course of the four days, students will participate in interactive lessons and hands-on exercises, culminating in a final simulation that includes the presentation of national positions, a debate, a vote, and a closing ceremony with awards.
How to apply
To apply, you must:
- a minimum English level of B2 (C1 recommended);
- submitting a CV and a cover letter as attachments to the application form. The initiative is open to a maximum of 25–30 participants.
All participants will receive an official certificate of participation, and the most deserving students will be awarded a special recognition.
