In line with the Gender Equality Plan, we have developed the Guidelines for Inclusive Language to promote a welcoming, respectful, and diverse environment at the University. 

The goal is to raise awareness within the academic community and encourage the use of language that respects and values all identities in communications, daily interactions, and teaching practices. This means avoiding discrimination and stereotypes based on gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, disability, and other personal characteristics.
