For several years now, Luiss has been designing and launching highly innovative training programs, particularly expanding the study of cutting-edge technical and IT subjects such as coding, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data.  This is closely tied to the need to foster a broader, more inclusive culture by developing skills that are open to diversity and innovation, with a particular focus on increasing the representation of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. At Luiss, this goal has long been realized, leading to collaborations and agreements with leading Italian corporate groups in the energy, services, and telecommunications sectors through the #donneSTEM Project. Through this forward-thinking initiative, Luiss has been able to support the education of several brilliant young women interested in pursuing careers in IT with dedicated scholarships.
