Luiss Community Wellbeing

At Luiss, we believe that people's well-being is essential for building a university community capable of generating value, innovation, and a positive impact. That’s why we promote an integrated approach that prioritises physical and mental health, a good work–life balance, inclusion, and the appreciation of diversity.

The University’s commitment translates into a range of services, initiatives, and training opportunities for staff and faculty, designed to meet their diverse needs.

Particular focus is placed on work–life balance and supporting parenting, with initiatives such as the Summer Educamp or Parent Care and Parent Time. These help parents navigate the emotional aspects of raising their children and create opportunities for family sharing within the workplace.

The University also promotes awareness-raising and engagement initiatives on wellbeing issues, such as the Health Days with free check-ups and screenings. These complement the services of the Luiss Wellbeing Hub, which offers specialist medical consultations and counselling, with a particular focus on prevention, healthy lifestyles, and mental and physical health.
