Edoardo Ales (Rome, 1968) is Full Professor of Labour Law and Industrial Relations at the University of Naples “Parthenope” (Italy). He is Extraordinary Professor at the University of Western Cape (South Africa). He is invited professor of Social and Labour Market Regulation at the Department of Political Sciences of Luiss University of Rome and of Comparative and International Labour Law at the Pontifical Lateran University of Rome. He has been invited professor in several European Universities. He is Member of the Board of Directors of the Giornale di Diritto del Lavoro e di Relazioni Industriali, Rivista del Diritto della Sicurezza Sociale, Diritti Lavori Mercati. He is Coeditor of DLM.int. He is Associate Editor of the Italian Labour Law e-Journal.
