Raffaele Lener
Full Professor (professore ordinario) since 1994. He teaches Commercial Law and Financial Markets Law at the Law Faculty of the LUISS-Guido Carli University, where he has also taught Commercial Law since 1994. He previously taught Commercial Law, Banking Law and Comparative Private Law at the University of Perugia and the University of Bari and he was Full Professor at the Law Faculty of the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” from 1998 to 30 September 2025.
Founder of the Association of Professors of Economic Law (ADDE); he was its Vice-President from its foundation until 2022. Co-founder of the Disiano Preite Association. Co-director of the series “Diritto dell'Economia” (Giappichelli). Co-director of the journals: Analisi giuridica dell’economia, Rivista di diritto bancario, Rivista di diritto privato, Rivista bancaria-Minerva bancaria.
