Instructional goals
The course deals with the structure, functioning and evolution of Italian
financial regulation with reference to the European and global framework.
Starting from the functioning models of the financial market, it analyzes
all the main topics of the regulation system in terms of regulation needs,
market failure, interests to be protected, prerequisites for regulatory
intervention, instruments and mechanisms of regulation, supervision
processes, results evaluation

Basic knowledge of economics and mathematics
