This is achieved by connecting Alumni facing similar challenges in the professional world with senior Alumni, who serve as an invaluable source of guidance and support. They are ready to share valuable advice to help you overcome workplace challenges and grow professionally.
Ally Program
Ally is a mentoring program that connects young, professional alumni—ready to share their experience—with students during the challenging phase of entering the workforce.
Alumni Leadership Experience
Alumni Leadership Experience is a Luiss program that develops leadership and strategic skills through role-play and group activities. Designed for high-potential graduates, it consists of an intensive day with personalized learning paths. Two events a year to grow as a leader.
Mentoring Program: Inspiring Talents
The Luiss Mentoring Program connects senior and junior alumni, guiding young graduates in their professional and personal growth. Through monthly meetings, Mentors share their experience and strategic vision with Mentees, who are paired through a targeted matching system.
