Representatives of Student Associations and Newspapers
Luiss Guido Carli University encourages student participation in campus activities.
In fact, the university's bylaws and regulations stipulate that student elections are held every two years, leading to the selection of:
- 1 student representative on the Board of Directors
- 2 student representatives for each of the 4 departments (1 for the Bachelor's program and 1 for the Master's program, 2 for the Single Cycle program)
- 2 Sports representatives
The University encourages student associations by supporting activities organized directly by students and providing them with dedicated spaces, funding, and communication resources.
It also encourages the distribution of university newspapers.

Please note that:
- The request must be submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled date of the event.
- To invite external guests, you must first obtain the University’s authorization before checking their availability.
- As a general rule, the person submitting the application must be the President of the Association
- With the exception of authorized external guests, only Luiss students may attend events organized at Luiss
