To get through it, you can seek help from Luiss ti ascolta, the psychological counseling service dedicated to students and recent graduates. 

A team of professionals is ready to listen to you, fully respecting your privacy. 

The service is available at the Viale Pola location. For those who can't make it to the office, there's the option to have interviews via Skype from home. 

In addition to individual sessions, starting this year, you can also sign up for one of the two Thematic Groups. These take place every other Wednesday from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM (Viale Pola, room 106). Specifically, the No Panic thematic group explores the manifestations of anxiety in its various forms, while the Me and Others group aims to provide support and guidance through the labyrinth of interpersonal relationships.
