Enrollment for years after the first year
Enrollment for the 2025/2026 academic year is now open
To enroll in the second or third year of your current program (for three-year degrees), you must pay the first installment of the single tuition fee along with the regional tax by July 22, 2025. This can be done through the PagoPA platform, which you can access from your personal area in Web Self Service (Enrollment > Payments > Payments to be made > Bill ID).
Installments must be paid by the due dates listed in the section “Due dates and amounts of the single fee.” However, there is a seven-day grace period after the due date for each installment (including Saturdays and holidays). Late payments incur a late fee of €50.00 for each month or part thereof. After the first month, the late fee will be calculated starting from the installment’s due date.
Students enrolled in subsequent years (after the first year) who miss the deadline for paying the first installment will incur a penalty of €300.00, in addition to the late fee, starting July 30, 2025, which is the eighth day after the due date.
Payment instructions for the late fee or penalty will be automatically generated by the computer system only after the installments are received. They will be available in the student’s Web Self-Service area and can be paid through the PagoPA platform.
Enrollment in additional years for the 2025/2026 academic year
To enroll as a student extending their studies beyond the standard timeframe, you must pay the first installment of the single tuition fee along with the regional tax by December 31, 2025, via the PagoPA platform. You can access PagoPA from your personal Web Self Service area (Enrollment > Payments > Payments to be made > Bill ID).

Re-enrollment for the 2025/2026 academic year
Students who are behind in their coursework and wish to change their study plan must enroll as repeat students by July 22, 2025. The fee amount is the same as that for the year of study in which the student intends to re-enroll. Only after submitting a formal request to re-enroll as a repeating student can the student print the relevant payment instructions from the Web Self Service.
IMPORTANT for enrollment in the second year of the 2025/2026 academic year
First-year students enrolled in the 2024/2025 academic year will only be able to enroll in the second year for the 2025/2026 academic year if they have earned and registered at least 24 CFU (university credits) by September 2025. Students who have not earned at least 24 CFU by the end of the Fall exam session (September 2025) will be enrolled as first-year repeat students.
What enrolling as a first-year repeater entails
A student repeating the first year is required to pay the single fee for the 2025/2026 academic year, in accordance with the approved amounts. Additionally, regarding their academic progress, the student must retake the courses scheduled for the first year, as the curriculum is adjusted, which will extend their university studies. Additionally, students enrolled as repeaters will not be eligible for any bonuses (if applicable) intended for students who graduate within the standard duration of the program when it comes to earning their degree.
Interruption
A student who has not paid tuition fees for at least one academic year and wishes to resume their studies after a period of inactivity must submit a request for “career reconstruction” to the Student Affairs Office.
Following the request, the student is required to pay the full amount of the single fee – including any late payment fees accrued for each installment – for each academic year during which they were not enrolled and for the current academic year.
During the interruption period, no actions related to the student's academic record can be taken. The years of interruption are taken into account for the purposes of academic progression and the calculation of deadlines.
