To collect your degree certificate, please visit the Student Affairs Office at Via Parenzo, 11 during the following public opening hours:

• Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Tuesdays and Thursdays, also from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Starting with the summer session of the 2013-2014 academic year (July 2014), graduates from Master's and Single-Cycle degree programs, as well as graduates from Bachelor's degree programs who do not participate in Graduation Day, will receive their degree certificates by mail at the address they provided when completing the “degree application.”

Graduates who complete their studies by the 2012–2013 special session (March–April 2014) can either pick up their degree certificate directly from the Student Affairs Office or request that it be sent by mail.

To obtain your degree certificate, you must go in person, or send a representative, to the office at Via Parenzo, 11. Bring the required form, completed in full, and  two €16 revenue stamps. Along with your degree certificate, you can also pick up your original high school diploma (if it's on file with the Student Affairs Office) without needing any additional forms or revenue stamps.

If you are unable to come to our offices in person, you can authorize a third party to collect your degree certificate. Therefore, the delegate must have a duly signed power of attorney on plain paper, their own ID, and a photocopy of the delegator’s ID.

You can request that your degree diploma be sent to your home address (or another address) by sending the following to Luiss Guido Carli - Student Services - Via Parenzo, 11 - 00198 Rome:

• the request form, to which you must affix a €16 revenue stamp,
• an additional €16 revenue stamp, which will be affixed to the diploma itself,
• a copy of both the front and back of your ID.

The diploma will be sent by registered mail, and in any case, the applicant releases the University from any responsibility for the potential loss of the documentation sent.
