The program provides a noteworthy international preparation in the field of European Law: upon completion of the program, students will obtain an LLM Degree in European Law. The subject areas give students the opportunity to acquire a comprehensive understanding of European Law within the frame of the European Union.

It aims at recruiting ambitious, determined and motivated students, offering them the opportunity to learn in a challenging environment with world-class professors.

The program is a tuition-paying program.

In addition to tuition fees at Luiss, tuition payable to Université Paris Panthéon-Assas for the academic year 2026-2027 is €10,000, plus €250 in administrative fees and a national fee of €103.

Please note that tuition does not include living expenses. The cost of housing and meals will be borne by the students.

Who can apply

Students enrolled in the fourth year of the single-cycle Master's program in Law. According to their major, fourth-year students can apply for:

• LL.M. in European Law open to students majoring in European Law, Diritto Societario e Tributario, Diritto ed Economia delle Imprese, Diritto del Lavoro e della Previdenza Sociale, Diritto amministrativo

Every year a total of 2 students will take part in the program.

Requirements

The candidate for this program should have the following requirements:

• have a minimum average grade equal or above 27/30
• have obtained a minimum of 180 ECTS
• as for English language, students must possess one of the following:
  • TOEFL: min. 100 IBT
  • IELTS: min. 7.0 (online test accepted)
  • Certificate of Proficiency in English (Cambridge ESOL)

The language certificates must not be older than two years from the start of the mobility (August/September 2026). Applicants must meet the requirements using a single test.

Luiss University will select a shortlist of candidates based on a non-disputable evaluation of the academic profile and the motivation of the student. Further details about the selection process would be published along with the call publication.

Results will be communicated to Université Paris Panthéon-Assas which reserves the right to make the final choice.
