The observatory aims to establish itself as a leading reference point for analyzing, understanding, and monitoring ongoing developments in the digital payments ecosystem. It will respond to the rapid development of new digital technologies, changes in market player behavior, and challenges related to regulation and security. 

At the same time, the Digital Payments Observatory aims to anticipate and guide the strategic decisions of businesses and associations, as well as inform the policies of public decision-makers.
