The survey on the quality of Luiss services

  •  Target audience: The survey is aimed at all students enrolled at Luiss
  •  Data collection method: Semi-structured online questionnaires in Italian and English, distributed via email
  • The sample reached for 2021: 35% of the student body.

The overall satisfaction index is 89 (on a scale of 1 to 100).
