Currently the Professor is a member and active participant in several high profile national and international groups and associations such as: ENI, Assicurazioni Generali, Cirsfid and Assonime. He has also previously held positions in companies such as Mediobanca, Bulgari, Enel and OIC, the Italian accounting principles standard setter for the private and public sector. He has collaborated with the Ministry of Economics and Finance participating in the committee for the introduction of the Euro in Italy. His consultancy services have also assisted several companies including groups operating in industries such as: finance, insurance, fashion and construction.
