Booking Sessions

Students who have not already been assigned housing for the 2026/2027 academic year can participate in the Booking Sessions by submitting an application, subject to the availability of housing as updated in real time. The details for each date are provided below.

Ten days before each session, this page will list all available housing types for that Booking Session, along with their respective costs.

To submit your request, you'll need to access an automated process managed by an online booking system. This system will receive requests in chronological order, subject to availability.

Before accessing the online application form, you must:

  • have registered in the dedicated reserved area in advance, in the days leading up to the Session date;
  • check, by the day before the Session, the available accommodation options (facility and room type) and the corresponding fee details;
  • have your login credentials ready to access the dedicated reserved area;
  • check that your internet connection is working properly and is fast enough for the day of the Session.

The link to access the application will only be active starting from the specified opening time.

If you are unable to book due to a specific Session being fully booked, or if your application is not accepted, you can still participate in subsequent Sessions.

Within 3 days of submitting the booking request, the offices will send a booking confirmation to the email address provided during registration. This confirmation will specify the assigned residence, room type, booking period, and the applicable rate. The accommodation offer in the confirmation email cannot be changed.
The booking confirmation email will outline how and when to accept the accommodation offer.
If the candidate does not accept within the specified timeframe, the reservation will automatically be cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE:
The booking confirmation sent during the Session alone is not sufficient to guarantee the assigned accommodation. You must accept within the timeframe specified in the confirmation email.

b) enrolled in a year subsequent to the first year (within the first year beyond the standard duration).
