Luiss Career Day
Luiss Career Day is one of the premier events for university recruiting: two days, over 160 companies and law firms, and 2,000 master's students, recent graduates, and master's program participants. Over 12,000 interviews in 48 hours.
The format is designed to facilitate highly qualified meetings between companies and candidates.
In 2025, Luiss Career Day took another step forward, making its debut in Milan: 28 selected companies and 100 master's students chosen according to the same rigorous criteria, all in the heart of Italy's economic capital. A clear signal of direction: Luiss brings its talent wherever companies operate, in Italy and around the world.
A calendar of events for every sector and profile
The Career Day in May is the main event, but the Luiss recruiting system features a calendar that spans every month of the year. It includes vertical events, tailored to specific sectors and types of organizations, designed to foster deeper dialogue between employers and students with specific profiles who are already focused on their career paths.
The Best Employer Award
Each November, Career Day participants vote for the companies that provided the best meeting experience, the most helpful career advice, and the most tangible opportunities. The Best Employer Award—now in its second edition in 2025, with 33 companies awarded out of over 70 present—is a direct indicator of how Luiss students perceive and evaluate their potential employers.
Participating in and winning this award is an increasingly important employer branding asset among top graduates.
