Enrollment for the 2026/2027 academic year

For students who have been admitted, booked their enrolment within the deadline, and passed the May admission test, it’s now time to finalise your enrolment!

When?

From the moment you receive the relevant email and after obtaining your diploma – no later than 22 July 2026.

Step 1 Qualification

• log in to your Web Self-Service; if you don't remember your credentials, click here to recover them; 
• Select “Enrollment/Certificates” from the menu on the right, then click “Qualifications”
• click on the pencil (on the right in the Actions box);

• fill in the missing details and upload the self-declaration (click here) as a PDF if you hold an Italian secondary school diploma, or, if already available, the certificate of completion of the secondary school leaving examination as a PDF. For qualifications awarded under foreign systems, please refer to the guide on documents to be sent as an attachment to the enrolment email.

   

Step 2 Enrollment application

• click on “Enrollment/Certificates” in the menu on the right;
• click on "Enrollment/Registration for Attendance/Summer School";
• click the Print button to download the Enrollment Application (the button is blue and located at the bottom of the page);
• sign it and save it as a PDF;
• click on “Career Attachments” (in the menu on the right);
• upload a scan of the signed application.

Step 3: Make the payment by 22 July 2026 at the latest 

• click on “Enrollment/Certificates”
• click on “Payments”
• click on the payment slip number
• choose “Pay with PagoPA”, which lets you pay directly online, or 
• “Print PagoPA notice”, which lets you print the payment form and use it with your bank's tools (home banking, app, counter, etc.).

Once you’ve completed the above, please wait a few days. During this time, the Admissions Office will check that the enrolment process has been completed correctly and:

• will send you an SMS if everything is in order: Congratulations!
• If any documents are missing or the uploaded files don't meet the requirements, you'll receive an email and will need to take the necessary steps by the deadline. KEEP AN EYE on your email!

Remember, you can always check that you've correctly uploaded the required documents for each step directly online – just follow the steps above!

Single Fee for the 2026/2027 academic year

We remind you that for the 2026/2027 academic year, the enrolment fee for the first year is 14,000 euros. Here are the deadlines for the second and third instalments to mark in your diary:

• 2nd instalment: 25 November 2026;
• Third instalment: 24 February 2027.

International qualifications

Applicants with a foreign qualification must first check that their diploma is valid for admission to Bachelor's and Single-Cycle Master's degree programmes in Italy, in accordance with current regulations.

Admission to the courses is subject to verification of the qualification's eligibility by the Admissions Office. To this end, applicants must submit all required documentation by the specified deadlines.

The list of required documents and the specific requirements for each education system are available in the dedicated section of the University's website.

Please note that failure to submit the required documentation, or the submission of documents that do not meet the specified requirements, will prevent enrollment from being finalised, even if the candidate has passed the admissions process.

Candidates are also responsible for checking and completing any requirements related to obtaining a study visa and complying with the current regulations for university admission in the academic year of enrollment.

Please note!

In any event, a student's enrollment is subject to proper registration, including the relevant payments and the regional fee, by the deadline of 22/07/2026, in accordance with the stipulated timeframes. 

Enrollment is also subject to the correct uploading of the enrollment application and the required documents by 22/07/2026, the verification of the self-certified information provided during registration for the selection process, and the attainment in the 2025/2026 school year of a valid upper secondary school qualification for enrollment in Italian universities, in accordance with the relevant regulations. 

Please also note that in the event of withdrawal based on the provision in Article 27 of Royal Decree No. 1269/38, “A student who has been enrolled in a year of a university course is not entitled, under any circumstances, to a refund of the fees, surcharges, and contributions paid”.

IMPORTANT: for enrollment in the second year of the 2027/2028 academic year

Students enrolled in the first year for the 2026/2027 academic year will only be able to enroll in the second year for the 2027/2028 academic year if they have earned and registered at least 24 university credits (CFU) by the autumn exam session in September 2027.

Students who have not earned at least 24 ECTS credits by the end of the autumn exam session (September 2027) will be enrolled as first-year repeat students. For students enrolled in the Law Degree Programme, the same requirement will apply for enrollment in the second, third, and fourth years.

What enrolling as a repeating student entails 

A student repeating a year is required to pay the Single Contribution for the year they are enrolled in as a repeater in the 2027/2028 academic year, according to the amounts that will be decided. Furthermore, in terms of their course of study, students are required to take only the courses scheduled for the year they are repeating, which means their curriculum will be adjusted and their study period extended.

Furthermore, for the purposes of obtaining the degree, students enrolled as repeaters will not be eligible for any bonuses – if applicable – reserved for students who graduate within the standard duration of the course.
