Registration for the 2026/2027 academic year
For admitted students who reserved their enrollment by the deadline and those who passed the May admission test, it’s now time to finalize your enrollment!
When?
From the moment you receive the relevant email and after obtaining your diploma – no later than July 22, 2026.
Step 1: Academic credentials
- Log in to your Web Self-Service. If you don't remember your credentials, click here to recover them.
- Select “Enrollment/Certificates” from the menu on the right, then click “Academic Qualifications”
- click on the pencil (located on the right in the Actions box);
Fill in the missing information and upload the self-declaration (click here) if you have an Italian high school diploma in PDF format, or, if already available, the certificate of completion of the Italian high school diploma in PDF format. For foreign qualifications, refer to the guide on documents to be sent as an attachment to the enrollment email.
Step 2 Enrollment application
- click on “Enrollment/Certificates” in the menu on the right;
- click on "Enrollment/Registration for Attendance/Summer School";
- Click the Print button to download the Enrollment Application (the button is blue and located at the bottom of the page);
- sign it and save it as a PDF;
- click on “Career Attachments” (in the menu on the right);
- upload the scan of the signed application.
Step 3 Make the payment no later than July 22, 2026
- click on “Enrollment/Certificates”
- click on “Payments”
- click on the payment slip number
- choose “Pay with PagoPA,” which lets you pay directly online, or
- “Print PagoPA notice,” which lets you print the payment form and use it through your bank's tools (home banking, app, branch, etc.).
Once you’ve completed the above, please wait a few days. During that time, the Admissions Office will verify that the enrollment process has been completed correctly and:
- will send you a text message if everything is in order: Congratulations!
- If any documents are missing or the uploaded materials don't meet the requirements, you'll receive an email and will need to take the necessary steps by the deadline. KEEP AN EYE on your email!
Remember, you can always verify that you've correctly uploaded the required documents for each step directly online—just follow the steps above!
Single Fee for the 2026/2027 academic year
We remind you that for the 2026/2027 academic year, the tuition fee for first-year enrollment is 14,000 euros. Here are the due dates for the second and third installments to mark on your calendar:
- 2nd installment: November 25, 2026;
- Third installment: February 24, 2027.
Please note!
In any case, a student's enrollment is contingent upon proper registration, including the required payments and the regional tax, by the deadline of July 22, 2026, in accordance with the specified timelines.
Enrollment is also contingent upon correctly uploading the enrollment application and required documents by June 22, 2026, as well as verification of the self-certified information provided during the selection process. Additionally, the student must have obtained a valid upper secondary school diploma during the 2025/2026 school year that qualifies them for enrollment in Italian universities, as per the relevant regulations.
Please also note that in the event of withdrawal based on the provision in Article 27 of Royal Decree No. 1269/38, “A student who has been enrolled in a year of a university program is not entitled, under any circumstances, to a refund of the fees, surcharges, and contributions paid.”
IMPORTANT: For enrollment in the second year of the 2027/2028 academic year
Students enrolled in the first year during the 2026/2027 academic year will only be able to enroll in the second year for the 2027/2028 academic year if they have earned and recorded at least 24 university credits in their academic record by the fall exam session in September 2027.
Students who have not earned at least 24 ECTS credits by the end of the fall exam session (September 2027) will be enrolled as first-year repeat students. For students enrolled in the Law Degree Program, the same requirement will apply for enrollment in the second, third, and fourth years.
What enrolling as a repeating student entails
A student repeating a year is required to pay the Single Contribution for the year they are enrolled in as a repeater during the 2027/2028 academic year, according to the amounts that will be determined. Additionally, in terms of their academic program, the student is required to take only the courses designated for the year they are repeating, which will result in a modified curriculum and a longer duration of their studies.
Additionally, for the purposes of obtaining the degree, a student enrolled as a repeater will not be eligible for any bonuses—if any—reserved for students who graduate within the normal duration of the program.
