Dedicated tutors will provide students with all the guidance they need to make the most of the university’s resources and services, helping them access the channels and opportunities the university offers through:

• Identifying strengths, 
• Consolidating the tools the student already possesses,
• Strengthening skills with a view to continuous growth and learning.

The help desk will offer optional study method sessions open to all students. However, at least one session is mandatory for students with disabilities, learning disabilities, and special educational needs.
